Normally I am very very happy with the service and envelopes. Unfortunately this time, the first order of envelopes went missing and took 3 weeks to get through to me. I was really busy with client designs and didn't have time to chase the order. Almost one quarter of the 100 envelopes were bent in top edges and are not usable at all.
I had to reorder a second batch- because the first batch were taking so long. A little disappointing, yet all of the other times I have ordered from you everything was completely fine. A little surprised this time.
