I rented a gorgeous Doll Cake dress for my daughters 2 year photo session. The dress arrived on time and in perfect condition. When my session was pushed backed a week I contacted customer service to extend my rental. The friendly customer service rep worked with me and I was able to keep the dress for our session. I was so thankful and will definitely use this service again. I tell everyone I know about Rainey's Closet! I forgot that the bag it's delivered in can be reused to return it, and threw it away. However, the post office provided me with a FedEx bag free of charge and I just attached the pre-paid return shipping label and dropped it at the USPS.
