Every time I would email for help and asked to speak with someone on the phone, I was denied. This is a direct quote from the last time I asked "We are a small but growing company and not set up to provide phone support at this time. I have never come across an issue we can’t answer by email. "
I felt their customer service was extremely poor. I would rather buy dresses and just have a closet full, than deal with the poor service.
