The dress came and we love it! We also go the accessory package. The quality and care is amazing. The customer care is truly phenomenal. We were scheduled for pictures the day before the return and received my call my uncle overseas is critically ill. Rainey let us extend, free of charge, to be able to help my dad with travel and securing a passport through emergency services when my dad couldn't locate his. Not only was still I able to still take pictures of my children (photog will get her own 5 star review for letting me reschedule last minute with compassion) but have the mental bandwidth to help my family. I know it's silly but she took one more piece of pressure off me. Thank you!
