I mixed up the dates for my daughter's photo shoot. I needed the dress on Sunday and placed the order on Thursday and emailed their customer service - Ruth went out of her way to help me. I paid the extra shipping fee and ta-da the dress arrived Saturday morning in excellent condition along with all of the beautiful coordinating accessories. I will most definitely be renting from them in the future.
