Just received Cool Coat, no install yet...The fact that there is no phone number to talk with someone sucks, honestly. I am a homeowner and have never used this before. I have questions about the install and would like to get confirmation on my intentions for the install. Email is too confining for questions that may occur due to the answers I would get. A five minute phone call could end up being four or five emails and a bunch of wasted time....If there is a phone number for CS somewhere, I can't find it and I have looked...I am hopeful that I am doing it right, but have that thread of doubt that keeps me wondering why you wouldn't have a live chat, or phone to get answers now, not tomorrow or two days from now...so...get on it guys...thanks
