“Just received Cool Coat, no install yet...The fact that there is no phone number to talk with someone sucks, honestly. I am a homeowner and have never used this before. I have questions about the install and would like to get confirmation on my intentions for the install. Email is too confining for questions that may occur due to the answers I would get. A five minute phone call could end up being four or five emails and a bunch of wasted time....If there is a phone number for CS somewhere, I can't find it and I have looked...I am hopeful that I am doing it right, but have that thread of doubt that keeps me wondering why you wouldn't have a live chat, or phone to get answers now, not tomorrow or two days from now...so...get on it guys...thanks”

“went to get it directly from the warehouse but NOBODY there was able to help me with informations since it was my first time using that product.
I had a problem with LOWES and HOME DEPOT as well .. since they dont specify that you can only order RAINGUARD online .. so i waisted time to drive there for nothing. It seams i did find more informations about that product from a couple of other artists than the actual website. a bit disappointing.”
