I won't say that this is typical, because I suspect it is not, but my order was billed but never processed. On business day 9 of the 3-5 day delivery projection, I called to inquire as to my order, which is when I learned the above. As time was, by that point, of the essence, I requested that my erstwhile order be overnighted.
Turns out that 'overnighted' still means 3 full business days.
Customer service was polite and supportive, and the product does exactly what it says it does, but these delays have cost me two weeks, now. Not a positive experience.
