Paint Sealer is a penetrating product that is designed for application to porous, painted surfaces.
It looks and moves like 2% milk, as this thin viscosity is required to ensure it penetrates properly.
This product does not build surface film, but can leave residue on non-porous surfaces.
This residue can be cleaned away with warm, soapy water.
A good rule of thumb is that if your painted surface absorbs water and darkens when wet, it is porous enough to accept Paint Sealer.
If water beads and/or pools on the surface, our product will as well.

Orders received over the weekends are made, packed, and shipped on the next business day, which was Monday (Columbus Day and federal holiday).
USPS didn't make their pick-up run to our facility until Wednesday, which is why your order was delayed.

“The church I attend is 113 years old, the entrance to our sanctuary is a slate stone porch. There is a basement below that porch entry and has a times had water after a rain on the floor. I pressure washed the stone, let it dry and applied two coats of the Rainguard Stone. It enhanced the colors of the stones and has limited any rain leaks in the basement. Two fold, enhanced the appearance of old stone and has reduced the ability of rainwater getting into the basement.”

“The RainGuard online store was great to order from, but shipping has failed. I needed my order yesterday but since USPS received it, it has been delayed and tracking is not telling me where it is or when I can expect it, just that it is still on its way. That means the order is probably lost and even if not, it is lost to me. That doesn't work for me because my project is now at a standstill until the RainGuard arrives and my schedule of workers on the next phases of this project is lost and they are not waiting and are moving on to other work elsewhere and I can only get them back when they have finished that other work. I am finding out that this delay is not unusual for USPS and like many other customers, if a supplier ships with USPS, they will not get the orders in favor of another using UPS or FedEx. Sorry for having to report my bad experience but I am burned by this transaction that regrettably failed by your chosen shipper.”

We received your order late enough in the day on 4/4/2025 to push its processing into 4/7/2025. We made, packaged, and shipped your order all on the 7th. It hit the Phoenix USPS distribution center on the 7th and wasn't again scanned until April 12th as it arrived at the Champaign, IL distribution center with your expected delivery day being today. This is both unfortunate and uncommon.
With that being said, negatively reviewing a product due to the delays of the USPS is not accurate as we have no way of preventing the delays of a Government entity.
Please consider leaving a product review once you receive, correctly apply, and test the product.

We urge everyone to check the recommended spread rate for this product on their substrate and then apply the required two flood-coats at those recommended rates.
