“Very easy to apply although it was a little bit watery & dripped on the tarp. Very easy cleanup. First time using any kind of wood sealer so we'll see how long it lasts before I need to apply another coat.”

We urge everyone to check the recommended spread rate for this product on their substrate and then apply the required two flood-coats at those recommended rates.
“Product easy to mix and apply, but even after multiple (2, initial, plus one additional after 6 months) applications, the ground contact rated pressure treated deck does not appear to be quite what I would consider waterproof. But the wood looks great, the natural color is excellent, and I just bought another 5 gallon concentrate to continue applications annually, if not more frequently. This is certainly better than other products purporting to protect exterior wood surfaces.”

Our product is designed to remain 100% vapor permeable to allow for the evaporation of moisture within the surface.
On horizontal surfaces, this permeability will allow for roughly 1.5% of pooling surface moisture to be pushed through the product after approximately 15-20 minutes.
As a result, you may experience a slight degree of surface darkening after this period of time.
