“Been using the new or unfinished wood sealers for years with excellent results and am just now trying your "painted" wood sealer, hoping for the same results.”
“Never received it!!... was supposed to receive it on Thursday February 13, 2025. However, according to the Tracking #, it was going to be late. It is now, the following Monday February 17, and I still haven't received it. I keep checking the tracking number, and it states the same thing...RUNNING LATE!
The reason I ordered this is because I would be getting it within a reasonable timeframe. I needed this to seal my kitchen hardwood floor under my new dishwasher that was coming soon. I have since gone to the Local Hardware store and purchased another brand, and used it.
Now I DON'T NEED YOUR PRODUCT ANYMORE!!! If and when it comes to me, I will be returning it!!!
I also emailed you about this, and you didn't respond. No one ever helped me with this issue.”

I see in our system and the USPS tracking number that we received and shipped your order out on Feb 10th and it was then delayed by the USPS with an expected delivery date of today, Feb 18th.

“I have white limestone pavers around our pool. Very important to keep clean. Last year I cleaned and sealed using Raingusrd Stone Sealer concentrate. Applied as directed. Amazing results. The Phoenix Arizona summer sun and heat are extremely hard on everything, even stone!
After almost a year after applying I'm very pleased how well it's holding up and the ease of my cleaning the limestone.
I have purchased a new bottle of concentrate to reapply.

You had placed an order for five 1-quart concentrates (SP-5001). Each 1-quart concentrate makes a gallon of material.
All five quarts were packed into a single box which was then delivered 5/31/24 at 4:16 PM. Please open the box and verify the count of five, 1-quart containors and reach out to our customer service reps if you are missing anything.

“This is my 4th year using RainGuard Wood Sealer on my decks. Having used several other products over the last 40 years here, Rainguard seems to be the best product for the price. It has not clogged my sprayer nozzles, is easy to mix, has no odor, and the bottles are small to store. I purchase next years bottles a year ahead so I'll always be ready when we get a series of dry days in the Pennsylvania Spring. I get the 5 Gallon Concentrate and Mix in a One gallon sprayer one gallon at a time until all decks are coated twice. Since there is only a one hour wait to dry, I can put two coats on in one day and I'm ready for two more seasons.”
