This is my 4th year using RainGuard Wood Sealer on my decks. Having used several other products over the last 40 years here, Rainguard seems to be the best product for the price. It has not clogged my sprayer nozzles, is easy to mix, has no odor, and the bottles are small to store. I purchase next years bottles a year ahead so I'll always be ready when we get a series of dry days in the Pennsylvania Spring. I get the 5 Gallon Concentrate and Mix in a One gallon sprayer one gallon at a time until all decks are coated twice. Since there is only a one hour wait to dry, I can put two coats on in one day and I'm ready for two more seasons.
