Saved my deck l and continues to save it! I found this product 3 years ago, applied it to my 26 year old deck that I had always kept painted.3 years ago the boards were swelled with moisture here in NC. Cleaned and applied paint seal and THE BOARDS ACTUALLY DRIED AND SHRUNK AND THERE WERE SPACES BETWEEN THE BOARDS!!! TRULY BRILLIANT!!
TOTALLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE APPLY THIS TO PAINTED DECKS. ( wait a week or so after applying paint before this sealer)
