Products are beautiful. shop are design lovely but, Customer service team (telephone customer service) are absolutely awful, shame you cannot write a review with no stars because that's where they belong. I have spoken to Customer service representative over the phone it feels like You talking to an Uber driver. absolutely bad English and bad attitude. don't explain themselves properly no wonder they got only one star review.
