“I bough a shoes with this company on November 12 and it was supposed to get here on November 23. Besides the fact that I had no online updates about my product, when I contacted the company, they said that the product was sold to somebody else because the carrier couldnt get it sent to my address. WORSE BUYING EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD. Dont buy from this company, that is so disappointing. The shoes was supposed to be a gift to my brother and now I have no gift.”
“I ordered two men's oxford shirts online that were on sale for 40% off (regularly $125 each). When they arrived, one was folded properly but not ironed nor in any kind of tissue paper. The other was folded as I might have done it (poorly) and when opened wide, the sleeves were rolled up. Obviously, it was a return. So for $150, I got a performance that was beneath the level of Walmart or Tractor Supply. You have now been warned. The glory days for this once great brand are apparently over.”
“Tried to buy 2 pairs of shoes online RL.com for a shipping in Los Angeles but have been unable to complete the order with any of my credit cards (MasterCard and Visa). An error message keeps showing ''something went wrong, try an alternative method or contact our customer service'' which I did. Completely incompetent customer service. The chat kept disconnecting making me repeat the whole issue all over again. One agent comes up with a solution then I get disconnected and the next agent is not able to go ahead with this same solution... They tell you that the amount is being held and blocked (!) and it can take up to 30 days to verify whether the card has sufficient bank autorisation to complete the payment? What???? Since when an online store holds a deposit amount for a purchase that did not go through ?? Is this a hotel room I'm trying to book here or a simple pair of shoes that I wanted to buy during black Friday??? I can't believe a ''luxury'' brand is making it impossible to buy something online in 2024. It took me 1 minute to realise I can't trust this brand with my money.
Guys make sure you don't save your card détails on their website, they might be tempted to ''hold an amount'' even if 0 purchase has been made!!!

“I don't have a problem with Ralph Lauren. I have bought your beautiful clothes for many years and have had good service through the email ordering process. But I have to unsubscribe to your site. It is ridiculous. I've just ordered a dress and it's very nice....I like to view your website to see new styles periodically. However, I have received 17 emails since 11/24. This is absolutely so ridiculous and has to stop. I hope my unsubscribe message will suffice. You have lost a customer. Someone in your marketing shop should be smart enough to understand that no one wants to receive this many emails and it has the opposite effect. Your marketing needs to attract customers....not to turn them off. This is not the way.

“We were in this store on Monday this week and got served by the the nicest and most helpful person Ive ever met. She was working in the change room it was so busy and she ran around helping everyone with sizes and suggestions, was just folding and putting away clothes, trying to serve so many people at once and she did it with a smile. it was so hot in there and so busy and she helped everyone. My wife just had a baby and is feeling quiet self conscious and this lady gave her the right size and knew exactly what my wife needed. It was crazy how much work she had to do one person....was so good and happy to help. We wished we got her name she had really short hair and was just fantastic. We were there for a few hours and we wanted to leave a review for this lady. she was incredible to everyone she dealt with. what a star.... not everyone in that store is nice at all. we weren't impressed when it was quiet late in the day near the change rooms and another staff member, i assume her boss came in and spoke very rudely and criticised that same lady for not working hard enough. we were disgusted nobody worked harder than her in the store, on that day. we all said she should be thanking her for the sales she made, what a shame you have the wrong people in charge. the 5 stars are for the lady with short blonde hair and we would give 1 star and none if available to the person who spoke both her and the guy helping her. funny we never saw the one critisising, do much while we their.”
“Washed two of my Ralph Lauren shirts that I got last weeks and really like they way they fit on me and were really excited to wear them and now they both don’t fit me cause they shrink by a while size in the washer I really wish I could tell who ever made the shirts that if your gonna make them so Damm expensive make them quality where they don’t shrink by a whole size a really stupid thing and design by whoever did it. never buying Ralph Lauren ever again and i suggest you guys don’t either not worth the money or the design save it and buy something that doesn’t stop fitting you after one wash 👍🏼”

“I purchased a pair of RL swimming shorts from Flannels in Sutton Surrey. I went on holiday and used the product only for sun bathing. During this break the back pocket button fell off! I contacted RL and they said there was an issue in the manufacturing and that I should go back to the store for support. No surprise that when I went to the store they said it wasn’t a manufacturing issue and couldn’t (wouldn’t) help! The customer experience of both these companies is pathetic and shameful and I for one will never spend another penny in there stores or there substandard products.”
“I love Ralph Lauren but I am very disappointed in this product. I bought these cargos and wore them a few times but I’ve notice after a few washes that the color started to strangely fade. At first I thought I ruined them with Clorox or something so I bought a second pair. However the same fading occurred with the second pair too. I contacted Ralph Lauren on the site expressing my frustrations as a loyal customer also after spending so much money with them in hopes to be compensated somehow, or at least apologized to, only to be rudely ignored. Ralph Lauren is very expensive and usually carry quality clothes but not this time around. Again I’m not happy so I’m posting this review to make others aware in case you do come across these cargos to be mindful and careful of the fading especially for these ridiculously expensive prices.”

She was very accomodating and helpful. It doesn't matter if we buy or not, she's always happy to assist. She made the shopping experience at RL effortless and enjoyable. “I used to buy the wonderfully fitting elbow length cotton blouses but have not bought one in years due to their now fitting like saran wrap with 6% spandex in them. “I wrote this review to make people aware of my experience shopping at Polo Ralph Lauren. I believe it is my duty to inform others about the customer service of this brand. I have been a loyal customer, appreciating the quality and design of their products, but for an expensive brand, quality alone is not enough. Customer service is a crucial aspect, and I have decided never to return to this brand.
I will be sharing my experience with my colleagues, friends, and everyone I meet to warn them about shopping at this store. The behavior I encountered was very rude and unprofessional. I still have the clothes at home with the security tag attached and the receipt as proof of purchase. Despite owning many items from this store, I no longer wish to wear them because of this negative experience. The store's mistake wasted my time and insulted me, and I don't want others to go through the same ordeal. This experience felt like a trauma to me, and it took me 18 days to be able to express my feelings about it.
I recently had a frustrating experience at Polo Ralph Lauren in Richmond. About two months ago, I purchased clothes for a special event. At the last minute before the party, I realized the cashier had forgotten to remove the security tag. I felt extremely disappointed and upset as I couldn't wear the expensive clothes I had specifically bought for the occasion. Despite the distance from my home in North Vancouver, I drove all the way to the store to have the tag removed.
Unfortunately, the manager on duty that day, Saturday, June 29th, behaved unprofessionally and dismissively. They ignored my concerns, did not offer any apology, and refused to provide their name. As a result, I had to leave without resolving the issue.
I expected better customer service, especially given the high price of the clothes. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their service to prevent similar issues in the future.”
