Unless you have nothing else to do with your money and your time, don’t. I have two ballerinas from them and I decided to order the same make, same size on black. Delivery supposed to come on Wednesday. On Tuesday morning I get a notification that delivery will happen that day - I am not at home that day, I went on the tracking link, don’t see anything to save a safe spot or ask for a different delivery day(I looked for the same on Monday as Thursday would have been much better for me to be at home and had the same result). UPS doesn’t find me home of course and decides to take the parcel to one of the drop off points more than 30 mins away (so 1 hr wasted to pick up the shoes). I get the shoes, I come home, try them on, they look 0.8-1cm longer than the other pairs I have in the same size. I decided i will return them, I find the option to, I select post office - I get the return label for UPS! There is no UPS drop off point near by!!!!! I ended up wasting another hour looking for a place to drop them (currently on my way to a 4th supposed location as Google is not accurate either)! I am going menta having wasted so much time and more than £100 for the “experience”. Outrageous seems too kind
