Don’t buy anything from Rana furniture their customer service is awful. We bought something in the Homestead store. We had to go get it in Doral and it was still in a box when we got home. Some of the hardware was missing went back to the Homestead store. They said that’s our fault because we should’ve gone through the box while we were in the warehouse in Doral picking it up. We tried to return it and they said they were gonna charge us a 15% restocking fee. What a joke your customer service stinks. I think I’ll stick with El Dorado and rooms to go.
