“Made a purchase of almost 5000 of a bedroom set. The dreeser came in deffectice, and the back spring was wrong...they refuse to leave the wrong back springs for 2 days until they bring the correct one...refused to take the whole bedroom set back and left the new mattress in the floor for me.to sleep on it because of their poor customer service. I will never ever return to Rana Furniture. In addition contacted via email customer service at the email listed on all bad reviews and called 3054714706 and spoke with Caridad Navarrete the customer service manager who acknowledged the email and said that all the problem encountered was the result as the store sale department work and that they have no solution for it. I advised that will never ever buy again nothing here nor anyone from my family and that I will make sure everyone finds out about this. Zarahy pacheco moraima lopez 3053058963”

“Terrible Experience - Beware of Hidden Conditions! I had an extremely disappointing experience with Rana Furniture. I recently purchased a table from them, excited about my new addition. However, the next day I received a call informing me that they wouldn't honor the sale unless I also bought four chairs. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam. They never mentioned any such condition at the time of purchase. Their deceptive practices and lack of transparency are alarming. I strongly advise anyone considering buying from this store to think twice. Their business ethics are questionable, and they seem more interested in manipulating customers than providing quality service. I will not be returning, and I suggest you avoid this place if you want a hassle-free shopping experience.”

“This furniture store is my worst experience when it comes to quality and customer service in the last 40 years of buying furniture They deceive you by telling you about their 24 month no interest only to find out you signed, paid and you even get a delivery date . They then call you to change the term to 12 months. You can't even get the manager to listen as he hides and is full of lies in his sneaky ways. He tells you about a white glove delivery which makes no sense. Avoid this store in pembroke pines. I went to rooms to go and they were true professionals with much better quality.”

“I’ve bought a dining several days ago. It came yesterday with a defect and the table turned to be good just for staging the house where no one lives and uses it. As if you lean on the side of the table it will break. I called the store within an hour after delivery and now I’ll be charged 20% + shipment 137$ for the return, which they never mentioned before, just put on the contract. I asked several times if I can replace and return an item in any case. I was not informed in words about the 20% charge. Ana mentioned: “make sure to check everything while the drivers there”. Does this phrase mean that I have to know I’ll be charged 20% off the purchase + shipment? And then in the store against the contract and indicated policy I was forced to pay the fee only by cash or debit card :) or my documents will not be submitted. I refused as you can't make someone do this unless there is a signed policy. I offered to exchange for another set of furniture even more expensive, paying the difference and the delivery, which seems to be fair, but my offer was rejected or considered only after paying 20% and + shipment cost :). seems like the store is making money only on 20% of returns. Customer service is rude and have no idea about service customers and win-win strategies”
