Ordered a new part for my hotpoint dryer. Delivery time was great Unfortunately part got damaged in transit. Sent pictures to the company. Within 10 minutes they got back to me and said they would replace the part by express delivery. Arrived next day dryer now working great. Amazing 5 star service would recommend highly.
