Rapid visa now does so minimal to help with your case, your better off doing it yourself with Facebook groups helping you out. They don’t even want to upload things to the nvc or uscis even if you pay the premium service.
They won’t or can’t tell you who to contact via email for help with your case either:
I would not use them nor will I ever recommend them. My cousin is also using them and has the same issues
