“I do not advise anyone to do business with this company. They are a bunch of scam artists. I have never been so angry and frustrated. All they done for me is gave me the run around. Nothing I did to fulfil their request was ever good enough. They kept asking for more and more supporting documents; documents that were not even requested by the USCIS. They would tell me once I gave them the documents they had listed I would be good to go. Okay, I would gather the docs and upload them. I would wait a few days and call them to find out the status. Guess what, the so called specialist hasn't check yet, and he or she would have to get back to me. Then finally I get an email telling me they more supporting docs. They stole my money.”
“RapidVisa is a great company. They have already done 3 immigration processes for me and it has been a success. They are very specific in what they need to send the papers. It can be frustrating, but once the papers are gone, you can see that in 8 months everything is approved without any inconvenience that something was missing and that is the pride of their good work. “Please don't use this con of a company find someone else to help you. In my 45 years of life, I have never dealt with people who don't know what they're doing or don't follow up if something else is needed. They took five months to do the paperwork that they sent in without all the paperwork being included, They did not add paperwork that was ready to be sent. for months they would say things like we need more information for this or that item, What's worse they will need something and would not contact USS at all when we call in to do a follow-up they then make us aware of other items that are needed. They wait until I call in because my inlaws will be out status in a week and they are still taking their time saying we didn't submit items when I go to the Dropbox of my account I see all the paperwork that I had signed and uploaded. they request information that is not required by USCIS and want you to do their jobs. So now our adjustment of status paperwork was sent in without the sponsor's financial information that was already signed and completed. Stay very far from this company because they have no clue what they are doing and just take your money and have the absolute worst service. I got very upset that my inslaws would be out of status in a week and they still didn't seem to care. they repeatedly asked for things we had already uploaded or didn't need at all. They claim the supervisors are either busy or in a meeting. I am a disabled combat veteran and I saw in my reward letters that they want me to put I am retired instead of unemployed I explained to them that's not how that works because if I am retired then I would pay taxes and then I would need to show tax returns to USCIS. So they kept asking me to put down something that was not true and they asked for proof that I would have this income in three years which is not a requirement by USCIS and if it was my award letter states I am 100% total and permanently disabled.”
“This company tries to drag out this process, won't return phone calls, emails, hangs up on you if you call asking about how far they have gotten. They request one thing, then say that wasn't what they wanted, then say something totally different. You have proper paperwork in, they say it doesn't add up, when VERY CLEARLY, W2s add up, everythingthey ask for is in correct spots.. they lose your stuff, making you have to resubmit things you've already submitted, multiple times.. these people barely speak English, so idk if it's an issue of understanding our language, an issue of they want to keep ahold of monies long term, or if it's just a run around. All I know, don't use this company. We've been doing this run around with them SIX years. Since 2018. We are now having to involve a lawyer, and Senate help, so my husband can just have his AOS SUBMITTED to USCIS. It's absolutely ridiculous. Don't waste your time nor your monies with this so called company.”

“Rapid Visas/Boundless…BUYERS BEWARE!! Once they have your money you will never get it back. They are money hungry and the service they provide is marginal at best. I would not recommend them to anyone, unless you have money to waist or want to be disappointed. I decided to spend the $1,700+ for premium service because I didn’t think I would make the April 1, 2024 deadline on my own before the fee increase. I started with them on or about November of 2023. I was assured that everything would be fine and that it would not be a problem. The information I was receiving between representatives at times was contradicting and conflicting, one said everything was ready the next would ask me for the same information over and over. There were long gapes of silence between some communications, I would have to follow up asking for a status that was always followed by an apology and an excuse.
But the final stages was the worse as the deadline drew closer and closer, one particular so called specialist (Ms. Isis Zhulieka) if you see her name RUN! She was not answering my questions, she was giving partial information, disappearing, there would be long gaps in her communications, she kept saying the same things over and over no matter how I would try to reframe my question. Her favorite phrase is “with that said” in every communication, then she would go on to say the same thing she just said that did not answer all of my questions. I kept asking for everything she needed from me that was outstanding as the deadline was closing, but she kept only giving me bits and pieces and trying to promote sale (15% fee to send in my fee’s to USCIS that she made me miss the increase date on) then add something else (like she was doing it on purpose almost), she drove me crazy.
Then as time ran down, the last few day before the price increase after I sent her the last things she added at the last minute, she said my application was finally ready to file, then I never heard from her again. When I called back for a status days later, I was told that it had not been filed and she had missed the deadline. I asked to speak to a supervisor and ended up speaking with a Mr. Dario Jorquir who (was very nice) and did everything he could to make things right but their accounting department decided they would only give me a 15% waver (their markup fee) on the money “they still wanted me to send them to file my application”, that I was already promised would be filed before fee increase (April 1). That was like getting kicked in the nads twice.
As a backhanded slap in the face by Rapid Visa, after I told them i didn’t want Ms. Zhulieka anywhere near my application anymore that she was incompetent, the last email I received saying that it was finally sent for submission was singed by “Isis Thank you”. The volume of bad reviews I see here about this company made me cringe. BUYERS BEWARE, the danger of losing your money is real. Believe what you read here.

“I hired rapid visa to help me with my Removal of Condition. I paid for the premium service so they can have "extra professionals" look at the package and make sure everything is fine before they send it to the USCIS. 20 days late I got a rejection notice from USCIS because RAPIDVISA forgot to include my check with the package. They basically told me sorry about that and had me re-send them the whole package which took several days so they can do what they where supposed to do a month ago. Thanks to this mistake I am out of status jeopardizing my legal status in the US. They refused to give me a full refund and only gave me the premium fee refund since according to them they provided a good service. This is how low of a standard RAPIDVISA has for their services. Please seek a diferent company

“Waste of money. They are incompetent,slow to respond, and twice, there were large sums of money debited from my account, that they claimed was not. I had to dispute it with my bank to get money back. I eventually filed and received a letter requesting more info from USCIS. I sent them letter to what additional information they wanted, and responded in email by typing exactly what the letter said. I eventually googled what they needed, and sent the information to the government directly.”
“The worst service, the agent who handles your case never answers, they take too long to review the documentation, until now it's been 7 months in which they only review all the information we have sent them, they still haven't sent it to the government and for a change they don't respond the mails.
