“Rapid Visas/Boundless…BUYERS BEWARE!! Once they have your money you will never get it back. They are money hungry and the service they provide is marginal at best. I would not recommend them to anyone, unless you have money to waist or want to be disappointed. I decided to spend the $1,700+ for premium service because I didn’t think I would make the April 1, 2024 deadline on my own before the fee increase. I started with them on or about November of 2023. I was assured that everything would be fine and that it would not be a problem. The information I was receiving between representatives at times was contradicting and conflicting, one said everything was ready the next would ask me for the same information over and over. There were long gapes of silence between some communications, I would have to follow up asking for a status that was always followed by an apology and an excuse.
But the final stages was the worse as the deadline drew closer and closer, one particular so called specialist (Ms. Isis Zhulieka) if you see her name RUN! She was not answering my questions, she was giving partial information, disappearing, there would be long gaps in her communications, she kept saying the same things over and over no matter how I would try to reframe my question. Her favorite phrase is “with that said” in every communication, then she would go on to say the same thing she just said that did not answer all of my questions. I kept asking for everything she needed from me that was outstanding as the deadline was closing, but she kept only giving me bits and pieces and trying to promote sale (15% fee to send in my fee’s to USCIS that she made me miss the increase date on) then add something else (like she was doing it on purpose almost), she drove me crazy.
Then as time ran down, the last few day before the price increase after I sent her the last things she added at the last minute, she said my application was finally ready to file, then I never heard from her again. When I called back for a status days later, I was told that it had not been filed and she had missed the deadline. I asked to speak to a supervisor and ended up speaking with a Mr. Dario Jorquir who (was very nice) and did everything he could to make things right but their accounting department decided they would only give me a 15% waver (their markup fee) on the money “they still wanted me to send them to file my application”, that I was already promised would be filed before fee increase (April 1). That was like getting kicked in the nads twice.
As a backhanded slap in the face by Rapid Visa, after I told them i didn’t want Ms. Zhulieka anywhere near my application anymore that she was incompetent, the last email I received saying that it was finally sent for submission was singed by “Isis Thank you”. The volume of bad reviews I see here about this company made me cringe. BUYERS BEWARE, the danger of losing your money is real. Believe what you read here.

“A couple years ago they helped with our K1. They failed to tell me how to include my wife’s son and caused us to waste a lot of time and money. Now they are wasting time and money with our green card application. All their reviewers are work from home foreigners that don’t know anything. They just follow some computer program but they don’t actually know the process. Your personal information is drifting around some country like Philippines or Lebanon.”
“I hired rapid visa to help me with my Removal of Condition. I paid for the premium service so they can have "extra professionals" look at the package and make sure everything is fine before they send it to the USCIS. 20 days late I got a rejection notice from USCIS because RAPIDVISA forgot to include my check with the package. They basically told me sorry about that and had me re-send them the whole package which took several days so they can do what they where supposed to do a month ago. Thanks to this mistake I am out of status jeopardizing my legal status in the US. They refused to give me a full refund and only gave me the premium fee refund since according to them they provided a good service. This is how low of a standard RAPIDVISA has for their services. Please seek a diferent company
It's been almost two months since the company printed my paperwork and was ready to send it to the government and I still don't have the notice from government stating they got it.”
“Waste of money. They are incompetent,slow to respond, and twice, there were large sums of money debited from my account, that they claimed was not. I had to dispute it with my bank to get money back. I eventually filed and received a letter requesting more info from USCIS. I sent them letter to what additional information they wanted, and responded in email by typing exactly what the letter said. I eventually googled what they needed, and sent the information to the government directly.”
“The worst service, the agent who handles your case never answers, they take too long to review the documentation, until now it's been 7 months in which they only review all the information we have sent them, they still haven't sent it to the government and for a change they don't respond the mails. I do not recommend it at all, it is a lousy service.”

“They were very helpful with info and helping to create the initial documents, but after that point, I was on my own. Every snag long the way where the visa center or the consulate would not reply or let me know the status, RapidVisa had no answer and provided no help at all. RapidVisa also confirmed I had the right documents before the interview and I didn't. The consulate asked for one more document I didn't have as a result. So I basically paid $600 for them to fill out initial paperwork for me and got nothing else or helpful support. All the reps would do on chat would be looking up a web site, which I could do myself.”
“I would not recommend at all, I paid almost $1900 for their services and after the initial filing they were no help at all. Once your petition is filed the on people you get to talk to are customer service representatives in the Philippines. I contacted them once the NVC rejected my step sons birth certificate. I had uploaded my documents to the NVC myself so when I called them I wanted them to review the document to see if they could tell why it was rejected. I uploaded it to my drop box and the idiot that reviewed my email uploaded the document that had been rejected to the NVC website and submitted my documents. This resulted in me having to wait another 85 days to submit the correct document. These people are dealing with other peoples life and their mistake cost me another 85 days away from my family. Do not waste your money on this company”
“I would not recommend at all. We used and all information we got was wrong. It is costing us more money because of information that was recommended to us. Every time I asked questions I got multiple answers that contradicted the other answer. I am also glad I researched an answer because if we had done what they said it would have set us back a few months and hurt us. Also the prep for the interview was just then messing with paperwork and no prep for the questions that would be asked. We didn't even get a pic after my wife was done. Horrible experience and would not recommend people to waste your money. It will ultimately cost you more then you know. I want to help people with up to date knowledge not months or years old knowledge.”

Wish I never gave them my money I could have done everything myself but I thought if they did it it would be faster. that they would help me out and reach out thru the proper channels to get it expedited, I thought they had connections. NOPE they just take your money and mail your paperwork. THAT IS IT. here we are years later still not done My wife is still not here. They will not reach out for you on your application status they will not try to expedite your visa for you they will not call nvc or ceac on your behalf. DO NOT BUY SERVICE. Save your money and use a lawyer instead and get much better FASTER results”
“They technically get the job done....usually......but they do the very bare minimum. The agent's knowledge is very disappointing. We were confused by an answer we received one day so we contacted them again and got a completely different answer from another agent. We contacted them a third time the same day and got yet another different answer. If RapidVisa is all your budget allows, go for it. But I'd advise spending a bit more money and avoiding this budget option.”
