Waste of money. They are incompetent,slow to respond, and twice, there were large sums of money debited from my account, that they claimed was not. I had to dispute it with my bank to get money back. I eventually filed and received a letter requesting more info from USCIS. I sent them letter to what additional information they wanted, and responded in email by typing exactly what the letter said. I eventually googled what they needed, and sent the information to the government directly.
