A couple years ago they helped with our K1. They failed to tell me how to include my wife’s son and caused us to waste a lot of time and money. Now they are wasting time and money with our green card application. All their reviewers are work from home foreigners that don’t know anything. They just follow some computer program but they don’t actually know the process. Your personal information is drifting around some country like Philippines or Lebanon.
