I would not recommend at all, I paid almost $1900 for their services and after the initial filing they were no help at all. Once your petition is filed the on people you get to talk to are customer service representatives in the Philippines. I contacted them once the NVC rejected my step sons birth certificate. I had uploaded my documents to the NVC myself so when I called them I wanted them to review the document to see if they could tell why it was rejected. I uploaded it to my drop box and the idiot that reviewed my email uploaded the document that had been rejected to the NVC website and submitted my documents. This resulted in me having to wait another 85 days to submit the correct document. These people are dealing with other peoples life and their mistake cost me another 85 days away from my family. Do not waste your money on this company
