The worst app for food delivery!! I ordered Sushi and got a hot dog instead, I rejected the order, so the delivery guy tried to call Customer Service and they told him they were gonna call me which they did not! I also tried to contact them to only get either no answer of someone hanging up on my call. Not enough with this, I got charged for the Sushi and the delivery guy did too as he showed me the notification from Rappi that he was being charged for the order!! Never ever use this app!!
