“Hoy compré flores por medio de Rappi. La florería por un error preparó un terrible arreglo. Muy pobrecito, muy distinto a lo que yo había ordenado y pagado. Conversé con la dueña de la florería y primeramente reconoció su error y me indicó que cancelara la orden con Rappi y que ellos me devolverían mi dinero. Al mismo tiempo Rappi cancelaría la orden con ella. Por lo que ella no recibiría dinero por esta orden. Me comuniqué con Rappi, expliqué la situación y pedí la devolución del dinero. Rappi solo me devolvió el 30% de lo que yo pagué. Encuentro que fue un robo. La dueña de la florería perdió la compra, yo no recibí las flores que ordené y más encima perdí más 25 mil pesos por orden que nunca recibí. Los únicos que hicieron plata en esta ecuación fueron Rappi… ladrones y sinvergüenzas. Pésimo servicio al cliente. Adjunto fotos de lo que ordené y lo que recibí.”
“They screwed up my order, got nasty about it after I returned it, called me repeatedly and hung up the phone on me, for no reason. Rappi is a terrible service. Avoid it.”
“This company offers no refunds for bad food, no food etc. I don't know how it operates legally. It also will not let you delete a payment method. Highly suspect.”
“This company is a criminal enterprise. Today I had to cancel my credit card. They keep changing me for rappi prime. And it's impossible to get them to stop. I use Di Di so much better. No matter how many bad reviews these people get they just keep stealing”
“I can only say do not ever use Rappi. I am in Medellin Columbia, on vacation. I recommend never use their services.Their site is not user friendly in any way for foreign tourists. I was charged twice for the same order of groceries. Rappi would not help, only would communicate in Spanish, despite my request for someone who speaks english. My credit card bank refunded the monies to me for the second charge. I tried to give Rappi additional chances, once I was ble to use this site for delivery of restaurant food, but the oder was incorrect. Three other times, I tried unsuccessfully to order restaurant food.The problems with Rappi were in December of 2022, and the first week of January, 2023. Do not use Rappi.”
“Esta es una de mis aplicaciones favoritas, la utilizo cuando estoy en el trabajo. Pero es bastante complejo usarla cuando estoy en mi casa puesto que no tiene cobertura a Soacha y de eso llevo bastante tiempo, siento que ya es tiempo de ampliar la cobertura de rappi”
