“We love the convenience, BUT . . .
Now, you CANNOT count on the delivery times, because the delivery persons take additional orders that they delivery BEFORE you, and it ends up being MUCH LONGER to get your order than expected.
You will get a notification that the driver is delivering another order before you and it will not change your delivery time however they've already changed your delivery time to accommodate for it.
This is even more a problem when they're delivering ice cream and you end up getting "soup" instead of ice cream.
I have tried to reach out to this company to express concerns, but even though they tell you that this is your agent to speak to and a WhatsApp contact, they NEVER look at it and they NEVER answer.

“Worst food delivery service. I just paid extra to have my food delivered faster, the driver was told to wait for 2 more orders. The driver told us that he delivered the 2 other orders before bringing my food and I also saw this on the GPS map on the App. I didn't tip the driver because I knew that I would be receiving cold food, and it was cold. I attempted to contact Rappi for help but they never responded. The last time I ordered from Rappi they did the same thing, my supposedly 30 minute order took over an hour to receive and that meal was cold too. Don't waste your time or money on this App, go to a restaurant in person even if you have to pay for a taxi.”
“The worst app for food delivery!! I ordered Sushi and got a hot dog instead, I rejected the order, so the delivery guy tried to call Customer Service and they told him they were gonna call me which they did not! I also tried to contact them to only get either no answer of someone hanging up on my call. Not enough with this, I got charged for the Sushi and the delivery guy did too as he showed me the notification from Rappi that he was being charged for the order!! Never ever use this app!!”
“The worse app to place an order in Colombia, they cancel your order without notification and when you place it again at the end you always get double charges for the same order. Customer service is the worse and not very helpful. I’ll not recommend this app for anyone”
“Fed up with Rappi. It’s literally a 50-50 chance you get your food delivered on time IF AT ALL! They lie about the delivery. A few times now I waited an hour to an hour and a half past the original order delivery time. Only to either get and apology the order was cancelled or it was delivered which it wasn’t. Then go through the hassle of getting a credit or reimbursement. How they stay in business is beyond me.”

Picture below is what happens when you claim for a stolen product, 1 calls his "gang", call the police claiming that we stole from him, stop working and verbally assault the doorman saying they will hurt him if he doesn't let them in.
