Worst food delivery service. I just paid extra to have my food delivered faster, the driver was told to wait for 2 more orders. The driver told us that he delivered the 2 other orders before bringing my food and I also saw this on the GPS map on the App. I didn't tip the driver because I knew that I would be receiving cold food, and it was cold. I attempted to contact Rappi for help but they never responded. The last time I ordered from Rappi they did the same thing, my supposedly 30 minute order took over an hour to receive and that meal was cold too. Don't waste your time or money on this App, go to a restaurant in person even if you have to pay for a taxi.
