“So many problems. I place orders based on food, expected delivery time, etc. Many times I have had issues with food being completely different than I ordered, completely inedible, and I might get a partial (20%) credit on an order that ends up in the trash. Today, I ordered food with a 35 minute delivery time. It arrived nearly 2 hours later. There aren't options to select this issue, so I selected "food didn't arrive". When I explained to support that I did receive it, but there wasn't a good option, they "reviewed " (they didn't) and said "you provided the code so it was delivered". I already said that. The issue was 2 hours. I asked for a supervisor. He "reviewed" again and was told again, with the standard response about providing a code. I explained again. They do nothing. They end chats without a chance to reply as I was in the middle of typing. The delivery drivers are often rude and refuse to go up the elevator to the door, as specified in delivery instructions. They often make several stops and food arrives cold.
Stores ignore preparation instructions. Stores lie on delivery times. Since Rappi doesn't give credits often or partial credits, this system continues. I tried to cancel my subscription and they refuse to credit the rst of the month, only cancel on the "renew" date. Don't waste your time and money as everyday has been an issue and everyday support does nothing or very little.”
“Driver stole product. Rappi customer service does not care to help. Driver claimed there was a PIN code but we 100% confirmed there was none. Driver left and wouldn’t give us our order. Rappi is a crooked company. DO NOT USE!

“Worst food delivery service. I just paid extra to have my food delivered faster, the driver was told to wait for 2 more orders. The driver told us that he delivered the 2 other orders before bringing my food and I also saw this on the GPS map on the App. I didn't tip the driver because I knew that I would be receiving cold food, and it was cold. I attempted to contact Rappi for help but they never responded. The last time I ordered from Rappi they did the same thing, my supposedly 30 minute order took over an hour to receive and that meal was cold too. Don't waste your time or money on this App, go to a restaurant in person even if you have to pay for a taxi.”

“The worst app for food delivery!! I ordered Sushi and got a hot dog instead, I rejected the order, so the delivery guy tried to call Customer Service and they told him they were gonna call me which they did not! I also tried to contact them to only get either no answer of someone hanging up on my call. Not enough with this, I got charged for the Sushi and the delivery guy did too as he showed me the notification from Rappi that he was being charged for the order!! Never ever use this app!!”
“The worse app to place an order in Colombia, they cancel your order without notification and when you place it again at the end you always get double charges for the same order. Customer service is the worse and not very helpful. I’ll not recommend this app for anyone”
“Fed up with Rappi. It’s literally a 50-50 chance you get your food delivered on time IF AT ALL! They lie about the delivery. A few times now I waited an hour to an hour and a half past the original order delivery time. Only to either get and apology the order was cancelled or it was delivered which it wasn’t. Then go through the hassle of getting a credit or reimbursement. How they stay in business is beyond me.”

“I never leave reviews, but this is by far the shittiest app I've ever used in my life, I tried six different cards, they were taking $1 deposits on my cards and I was validating them, then they removed the option for me to use credit card so I tried to use cash only and I got rejected, use ubereat instead, have a good one!”
“Food was delayed although I paid for express delivery. The restaurant took forever to prepare the food, and everything arrived cold. One of my drinks was missing, and one of my orders didn't have topping that I was charged for.”
“If you want cold food, delivery people stealing your food or money, and terrible/null support if something happens, download this app. (plus pay for stupid high fees).
Picture below is what happens when you claim for a stolen product, 1 calls his "gang", call the police claiming that we stole from him, stop working and verbally assault the doorman saying they will hurt him if he doesn't let them in.

“Hoy compré flores por medio de Rappi. La florería por un error preparó un terrible arreglo. Muy pobrecito, muy distinto a lo que yo había ordenado y pagado. Conversé con la dueña de la florería y primeramente reconoció su error y me indicó que cancelara la orden con Rappi y que ellos me devolverían mi dinero. Al mismo tiempo Rappi cancelaría la orden con ella. Por lo que ella no recibiría dinero por esta orden. Me comuniqué con Rappi, expliqué la situación y pedí la devolución del dinero. Rappi solo me devolvió el 30% de lo que yo pagué. Encuentro que fue un robo. La dueña de la florería perdió la compra, yo no recibí las flores que ordené y más encima perdí más 25 mil pesos por orden que nunca recibí. Los únicos que hicieron plata en esta ecuación fueron Rappi… ladrones y sinvergüenzas. Pésimo servicio al cliente. Adjunto fotos de lo que ordené y lo que recibí.”
