We love the convenience, BUT . . . Now, you CANNOT count on the delivery times, because the delivery persons take additional orders that they delivery BEFORE you, and it ends up being MUCH LONGER to get your order than expected. You will get a notification that the driver is delivering another order before you and it will not change your delivery time however they've already changed your delivery time to accommodate for it. This is even more a problem when they're delivering ice cream and you end up getting "soup" instead of ice cream. I have tried to reach out to this company to express concerns, but even though they tell you that this is your agent to speak to and a WhatsApp contact, they NEVER look at it and they NEVER answer. I don't know what sort of picture I could upload to validate this 😔
