They took the roofers side and ignored my complaint of shoddy work. They said he bad provided photos of the completed job. This was impossible as i had the genuine pictures and the builder provided false ones. They didn't give me the opportunity to send the photos just dismissed my complaint. In the end I had to pay for another company to rectify the work.
