They retain your money and have a limit on refunds against dead leads and believe me. There are plenty of them.
Will not be renewing. You can only contact them via email. They are not interested in solving your problems with you.
Sooner or later they will fall apart because no one will want to subscribe to them.
They literally thieve your money.
