Placed job on site, then accepted quote from personal reference. Before I had a chance to withdraw job, phone rang. Thanked him for ringing, but told him job gone. He became very angry immediately, told me he had to pay site £25 for lead. Found out later if I confirmed he didn`t get chanced to quote, wouldn`t be charged. He knew this, as he applied for it. Shouted at me I would pay him the £25. I said I wouldn`t, and he said I would, and he knew where I lived. Which, thanks to rated people, he did. Called police, it`s being investigated. not giving name just now because of this. No phone number for Rated People Reply to e-mail said they didn`t read them! sent me to other page, which wouldn`t load. Never again.
