Actually should be no stars. Arranged for a plumber to come round that contacted us through the site charged us for call out and done some work. We also paid him for a part that he said we needed and had to order. Trusted him as we thoughts that going through the site meant he had been checked out. He caused major damage to our house after causing boiling water to leak after not connected pipes right. He did not respond to any of our calls or emails done a runner with our money and rated people did not want to know. They just told us he has been removed from there database. They also could not pass any information on him due to GDPR. So completely ripped of and left with damage.
