Very poor. Their contractor took down payment, did no work and failed to return down payment. Now gone to court to recover.
Rated people did nothing to resolve, even when advised that their contractor was advertised falsely on their site, and clearly had not been checked and verified recently as he had a compulsory winding up order against him..
Despite Rated People being aware of this they continue to promote him.
