Atrocious customer service. Had new gutters fitted by someone who, I found out later,had stolen a dairy farmer's identity. Terrible job and I need to replace the gutters. Rated People will not speak to me in the phone,only by email and the person who I was dealing with,who wouldn't give their name, told me that the matter is closed. Really difficult to escalate my complaint but I will keep trying.
