While I like the idea of the ratio six, there are a few things I think could make it much better. The heat guard piece is awkward to remove, and splashes water/coffee droplets when you take it off. Also the carafe is not nice to pour from, it’s difficult to get every drop of coffee out and some always drips down the side. Also while the inside is stainless steel the outside is plastic. Wanted to love the machine but I’m returning it.
