I got it only because it came in a bundle. There’s no info with the product about where it’s supposed to go. The website has a vague statement about putting it under the carafe. I put it under the carafe in the coffee maker - but then it would not brew and all three lights flashed.

My coffee overflows every single time with this filter, no exceptions. Customer service was not helpful at all either. It's been weeks, and still now response. Would NOT recommend.

I still do not find the coffee that hot….I also feel the material is too plasticky. Doesn’t feel high end.

Terrible experience overall. On my first brew I noticed that there is a plastic surface that was not mention on the website that has contact with hot steam that then also drips back into the brewing processed. I have reached out for questions concerning this, only to get an AI response several days after emailing them. I am still waiting on a human response now weeks later. I've lost all trust in his company and product's safety.

My Ratio Four coffee machine is beautiful. It makes my coffee experience delightful. There are just a couple of things that I have to get used to. For example, when I first removed the basket to take the coffee grinds out, the hot coffee that remained in the basket came out from the bottom and went on my hand. The other thing is the power button, it is in a spot that is easily touched when putting the basket back in place. Other than that, I love the Ratio Four coffee machine.

I don’t think it’s actually an 8 cup pot because when I fill up my ratio, the pot overflows unlike the all glass version that the system came with it never overflowed so it’s kind of disappointing

Hi - i am still waiting on a response about an issue with my machine sent 5 days ago i said the following Hello, I just received my Ratio Eight and on the very first use, it will not brew at all. Here’s what I’ve observed: order#59478 All three lights are blinking. There is no sound from the pump or heater — total silence. The carafe does not heat. No water is moving through the machine. I have followed all setup instructions, including filling the reservoir, seating the brew basket, placing the carafe, and running multiple attempts. The water tank is fixed and cannot be removed. It seems the unit is defective. Could you please advise on a replacement under warranty? Thank you for your prompt assistance. Best regards, Emily Aledort

Filter itself is nice but the product is falsely advertised as being compatible with the Ratio Six as part of their “plastic free brew path.” Be aware. It’s not. It’s almost impossible to align the pot and brew basket under the water stream to prevent spilling. I reached out to customer service both on social media and email and never received a response. Poor experience overall.

So far having a miserable experience with this on my Ratio 6 when brewing a full pot. Overflows and unfinished dripping with compacted grounds. Have significantly adjusted grind size, amount of grounds, all to no avail.

I love the look of this coffee maker and the fact that it does not let the water come in contact with any plastic. However, the coffee does not get hot enough when first brewed and because there is no heater under the glass carafe, the coffee does not even stay luke warm. I tried to order the thermos that goes with this machine, but it has been sold out. I ordered this coffee maker when it was at it's most expensive price and the following week it went down over $300.

There’s a lot of condensation from the tank. And wis the water was hotter. Feel like my coffee is just slightly above warm.

This was delivered on 12/22/25. I ordered it as a Christmas gift for my husband. We used it after opening it Christmas morning and by Christmas dinner I noticed that the lights were blinking when not in use. It has progressively gotten worse (starting, with water dripping when not in use, stopping mid-brew when it is in use). We finally stopped using it two weeks ago when it stopped mid-brew and never restarted. It is now sitting on my counter with water in it we can’t drain. I’ve sent in at least 2 return requests via the website last week and no response. I want a full refund. We basically got zero days of a properly functioning machine.

I've been looking for a plastic free coffee maker for a long time. Note this is only plastic free if you get the glass pour over carafe. I wish they didn't use plastic for the coffee brewer piece. None of the available machines have the functionality I need which would be an auto on timer and automatic size selection of the brew. I don't have much time in the morning to mess around with coffee brewing. With that said, this seemed like one of better options. I kept this because the coffee tastes delicious. I used a ninja drip machine and was blown away at the difference in flavor.

I’ve contacted customer service two different ways, with no reply. but we may be returning ours. We just purchased and although we love the glass, coffee isn’t as hot as we’re used too upon brewing, and I did purchase a thermal pot as well with a lid. I’ve put hot water in to warm the thermal up before brewing, but it still doesn’t keep coffee hot longer than 30 minutes. Coffee comes out “warm” at best
