I’d love to review my Ratio but I’m trying to get an exchange-it seems there is a defect in my machine. I’m patiently awaiting a return label but I have to be honest, it seems to be quite a long process to get this exchange going. I really want to love it-my brother has one and I’ve always been amazed by the coffee he makes with his. I’d really like to do the same with mine. I understand everyone is busy but I’m only asking for a return shipping label. Thanks.
