The cups have been terrific but the Ratio-6 I ordered along with the cups has been a complete disappointment due to carafe lid which makes a mess and splashes out when anything less than a 100% full carafe is poured. I would like to send the unit back but customer service (Sally) has not followed up with me post my initial email.
