Like the product very much. Only issue has been the reusable filter. I don’t think it releases the filtered coffee fast enough. Seems to be significant back up of coffee resting in the filter as it slowly sifts thru the stainless filter delaying the first cup of coffee prep time. I have since shifted back to paper and will likely stay with that for foreseeable future. If you are willing to credit me for the filter I would certainly take it and be willing to ship the item back. Again, unless you have a better solution I’m going to stick with paper filters.
