The ultimate 'Form Meet Function' coffee brewing company. I've tinkered with the pour-over Ratio 8, and the heat holding Ratio 6 - and have enjoyed outstanding coffee from each! I much appreciate the ability to make a coffee by which hot water doesn't touch plastic on the way from beans to lips - the 8 is perfect for such a task. It is hard to find coffee machinery that is not plasticized, and even harder to find Made in USA options. Bravo Ratio!
