First "cleanse" and have to saw short of the food dreams it's been pretty good. I love some of the flavors better than others but that said, nothing beats the taste of a pepperoni pizza, Thai bowl (extra spicy), or some great sushi. I do feel lighter and with a bit more energy (I'm only on day 3 of 10) taking the protein juices as I still gym with frequency. FYI, no issues in the bathroom AT ALL!
