“I just completed the 10-Day Skinny Cleanse from Raw Generation, and WOW — I feel incredible! From day one, I noticed a difference in my energy levels, my digestion, and even my mood. By the end of the cleanse, I felt lighter, less bloated, and completely reset from the inside out. The juices are incredibly fresh and surprisingly delicious — not overly sweet, and each one seemed to be doing something good for my body. I never felt starved or deprived, and I was shocked at how manageable the cleanse was, even on busy days. I lost 7 pounds (without feeling like I was “dieting”) and my skin has never looked better. That post-cleanse glow is real! This cleanse helped me break my unhealthy snacking habits and seriously curbed my sugar cravings. It was the perfect reset button and gave me the motivation I needed to start treating my body better. I’ll 100% be doing this again. If you’re on the fence, do it. Your body will thank you!”

“Skinny Cleanse is the best! I have used both the 3 day and 5 day version. I think the 5 day is best because the impact is more meaningful and after the 3rd day your mind set really changes so I have found that the next 2 days reinforce the good habits going forward0( more than if I use just the 3 day version)”

“The protein drinks are delicious! The other juice blends were ok. I know everyone is different and has different lifestyles but I have a physical job and personally I was starving with only relying on the juices. In the future I plan to supplement with other fruits that are acceptable.”

Great feedback, Lisa! Please remember, you can eat all the raw fruits and veggies you'd like while cleansing, and it will not throw off your progress! Feeling the need to chew or eat something is very common! Having fresh, raw fruits and veggies on hand throughout your cleanse definitely helps with this! Thank you for your review!

“Juices were packaged nicely and arrived quickly. I lost a total of 14 lbs doing the 10 day juice. However i did pair it with an initial 24 hour fast and daily walking. I would do it again should I need to in the future.”

“My husband and I ordered a 7 day and a 5 day Skinny Cleanse packages. Everything came quickly, frozen and very well packaged! We enjoyed the drinks overall during our juice fast and every drink tasted good. But also every single drink tasted like apple juice. We wish there was more of a distinction of tastes. After a couple days, it became too much “apple juice”. We successfully finished our respective fasts but did not finish the drinks because of this. We would love to try again with Raw Generation if the recipe changes where each drink has some distinctive taste and less apple juice.”

“I really enjoy the skinny drinks. When I did the skinny cleanse I was impressed with the flavor of the drinks and love that there are no added ingredients beside the fruits and veggies. I am now trying the protein smoothies as well. I do not care for the flavor of those too much but I have had worse protein drinks. Overall, the products are helping me lose weight, have more energy throughout the day, and overall feel better. I will continue to use the products. Only drawbacks are the protein shake flavors and the product being so pricey.”
