“Long time customer. Love the new green and red juice flavors. Not happy with the protein drink. Much smaller size and 18 pack same price so shrinkflation evident here”

The Protein Boost™ shots were designed for post-workout recovery. Everything you need after your workout is packed into the 4-oz shot. All of our shots are available in the Build-a-Box at the same price as a large bottle. However, the shots come in a 2-pack. The Protein Method you purchased is a 7-day program containing 21 bottles. “I have done the cleanse a few times, so I knew what to expect and how to prepare better. This time it was much easier than in the past. I wasn't hungry or have cravings and felt amazing. I lost almost 5 lbs during cleanse. The juices are always delicious. Transitioning back to solid food was easier too. I am on the stay skinny method now and it isn't hard to follow. I am actually enjoying eating lots of fruits and veggies and less carbs. I have started back at the gym and I might need to add more protein to my diet to get through my workouts without burning out early. It has been great so far and a perfect reset for me. Thank you.”

“10/10 recommend. The 5 day cleanse did exactly what I had hoped it would do. I lost 6 pounds and overall feel lighter, less bloated, and refreshed. I wasn’t nearly as hungry as I expected and most of the juices tasted really good (I don’t care for beets so I don’t like the red one). I planned on doing this again in the spring and making it a twice per year thing.”
