“I purchased the 5-day juice cleanse with the intention of doing a 3-day cleanse and then using the remaining two days of juices as meal replacements while I transitioned back to my regular eating routine. First off, I lost 6 pounds in just 3 days! I was still able to attend Pilates classes and do 3 to 5 mile runs while on the cleanse. I also supplemented with plenty of raw vegetables, which helped keep me satisfied and made the cleanse much easier to stick with. Once the 3 days were over, I continued drinking two juices a day, using them as meal and snack replacements. The cleanse really reminded me of the importance of incorporating more raw vegetables into my diet, cutting way back on oil when roasting vegetables, and being more mindful of how much of even the "healthy" fats I was consuming. Despite working out regularly and quite rigorously, I had been struggling to lose weight. Looking back, I realized I was eating more healthy fats and carbohydrates than I actually needed, including things like healthy crackers and healthier breads. The cleanse also helped me break my nightly "just one bite of chocolate" habit, which had definitely become a bit of an addiction! And, most importantly, the juices were all absolutely delicious. I genuinely looked forward to drinking them every day. I cannot say enough positive things about this cleanse. If you're on the fence about trying it, trust your gut and go for it! I was amazed by how quickly I saw results. It's now been one week since I finished the cleanse, and I've been maintaining a steady weight of 123 pounds, which I am very happy about. I plan to order more juices so I can continue to supplement them daily for meals/snacks. Thank you, Jess and Raw Generation, for creating such a delicious and effective cleanse!”

“This was my first juice cleanse. I h ave to say I felt great. I was not really that hungry eating some fruit and veggies in between. It was tough to get through all six juices though! but they are pretty tasty overall except the tarte green. ( tastes like grass haha). My favorite one is the Carrot Citrus. I will likely do this again.”

“The hardest part of a weight loss journey is getting started. This was the absolute perfect jump start that I needed. The protein cleanse was perfect as it gave me the energy to keep moving (a mom of 3) while helping to shape my personal nutrition routine after. And after my only 3 day cleanse, it gave me the energy and motivation to keep it moving forward! I am packing my new diet with raw veggies, fruits and lean meats! And it’s been weeks since I even craved the bad stuff! I will definitely be returning for another boost in the weeks to come!”

“I LOVE these juices! I have done juice cleanses before but these are way way better organic and real ingredients no powders! I’m super impressed!! Did the protein twice! And I also had lost 8lbs the 5 days and felt so good and energized and there was plenty that I didn’t need extra food to eat throughout the day!”
