I am a big fan of Raw Generation - have ordered many of their products and never been disappointed. However the Instant Smoothie Detox Cleanse was very disappointing. I mixed them in a blender as instructed but they still did not mix properly. They had virtually no taste which meant all three flavors tasted the same which was powdery and bland. Mixed with water they were awful. With oat milk marginally better. But I would defintely not purchase again.

I was really excited to get the product and could not wait to try it. My friends also were going to order. I was diagnosed with breast cancer and I found out I would have many surgeries ahead. So to play it safe, I asked my doctor if I could drink them. He looked them up and said, no. He felt it was not wise or safe to be drinking the ingredients while dealing with my breast cancer. I nicely explained my story on the “help and support” page…which is kind of ironic because it was really the no help and no support page. I literally had to email them on THEIR page about 5 times asking if they would kindly refund or exchange or anything because I didn’t want to waste all the product but I could not drink it. Well, by the 8th email and 9th day, someone responded and said…”no we cannot refund you per our refund policy and now the product isn’t good anymore anyway”. I could not believe this! No mention of “sorry you’re going through breast cancer”, thank you for your purchase, etc… Nothing! And NOW, it’s my fault the product isn’t any good anymore. While I had been trying to contact them all week to avoid this. I could never buy or do business with a company that lacks compassion so blatantly and was so rude! And I saved every email and then the one with his response so I could even show people this is true. Otherwise, it’s hard to believe any company would do this!

It was so expensive, and it was not palatable. I was able to get through the green drinks, but the beet and carrot juice went straight to the garbage. So unfortunate. I have used other companies, but I will not use this one again. Would not recommend.

I ordered a 5 day cleanse the taste was so bad after one day I gave the remaining supply to my girlfriend who had done a juice cleanse before. After Two days she threw it out saying the poor taste she couldn’t finish the remaining two days

I haven’t done my cleanse yet because my delivery was delayed by a week and even a second “overnighted” delivery was a day late. The first delivery finally came but needed to be thrown away because it was melted. The second one just came yesterday. I had planned my cleanse around events I had going on and that plan is now no good. I need to figure out a new plan. For what it is worth, when I called Raw Generation for help the person was EXCELLENT! Her Customer service was great. But the entire process has been terrible since I didn’t get my delivery even close to on time. Very disappointing

Unfortunately for us, we cannot control what these carriers do with the packages once they have possession of them. Especially this time of year, they are quite overloaded and we do see an increase in delays. Please be assured that if you ever have an issue with delivery we will do everything we can to fix the problem and make your experience a better one! Do not recommend if you have already started a weight loss plan such as Weight Watchers. The juices are full of sugar and caused me to be so constipated and tasted so gross. Just stick to what you are doing, and trust the process.

The last 2 juices of the day tasted horrible. That means 6 bottles = 1 whole day of money was wasted. They were also delivered to me defrosted. Won’t buy again.

I did not like it, I didn’t see any results, the opposite I only had side effects, I was constipated fro three days, and I felt so swollen, almost felt like I got weight with the juice cleanse I don’t know I did not like it.

Overall, I would not recommend this for most people. As an athlete who eats a very intentionally balanced diet, this was so rough on my system. First, it is SO low in calories that if you are active, it feels quite dangerous to rely only on these juices for substance. By my 5th day, I was so light headed that I almost passed out. Second, the bloating was horrendous. I am never bloated in my daily life, and eat at least 8 servings of fruits and vegetables daily. This was next level painful. As for weight, according to an inBody scan, I did lose one pound of fat, but I also lost two pounds of muscle and was way more dehydrated than I ususally am. So, the weight loss is not some miracle - it's simply because you're consuming so few calories, which you could do on any diet. Overall, I don't feel like this was beneficial to me in any way and I wouldn't recommend it.

I’m a loyal subscriber but I bought a 60 bottle Build-a-Box right before Independence Day that came completely thawed, browning and in a box that was soaked and falling apart. I trusted the brand and made a huge investment. Each of the juice are bad. Even though I tried to immediately refreeze, the damage had been done. I reached out immediately to let them know what had happened and have never received any response.

Nothing was frozen. I immediately got product from my front door. I seen it delivered. Product was very defrosted and slushy. I sent out an e-mail but got no response. I consider that poor customer service. To my disappointment, everything was tossed. It looked like it was going to work for me, but I guess the summer temps here in Arizona was to much. I did complain, but again no response. Not that I'm wealthy or anything but sometimes it isn't worth the battle for a refund.

I tried the 10 day plan and only made it 5 days. I was throwing up daily and it was an all around horrible experience.

Too expensive and doesn't work. After my 3 day cleanse I have not been using the bathroom right. I have EXTREME stomach pains and constipation which I thought would be the opposite.
