The juices tasted awful and I became disoriented on the second day, so I stopped drinking them. Also, my bowels are still not normal one day after stopping the program. This treatment is too extreme.

Hi there, we're sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your juices. More often than not, when our diets are laden with an overabundance of processed and artificial foods, it taints our ability to taste and enjoy fresh fruit and vegetable juices in the way that nature intended. We hear lots of feedback from customers who do not initially like the taste of fresh juice but grow to love it once they've detoxified their bodies and become accustomed to juicing. I purchased the protein cleanse in hopes of losing a few pounds before vacation. My cleanse arrived completely THAWED. I contacted customer service and they told me to discard the cleanse because it was contaminated and they would send me a new cleanse. That would not work as I was leaving for vacation. They refunded me a small portion of my money that I as wasted on this product. When asked why they would only refund a portion they stated it was because they offered to ship me another box and would not refund shipping charges even though they guarantee their product. BE CAREFUL ORDERING - YOU MAY NOT BE GETTING WHAT YOU ASK FOR. I will be contacting the BBB regarding this transaction and recommend others do the same.

Hi Amy! I am sorry you feel so strongly about the situation. I did apologize many times and said I would pass the question along to my superiors and let you know when they made a decision. It is not in our policy to refund the shipping charges, the policy is to refund on the product only. RAW Generation is reluctant to get orders out in a timely manner. Shipping takes over a week and a half to receive. No pleased with my experience with this company. Will not try again.

Hi there, unfortunately, because of your transit time, and the fact that you ordered on a Wednesday at 8:30 at night, it is impossible for us to ship you an order before the following Monday, which is notated on the website. Unfortunately, also this week, today Monday 5/28 is a holiday, so that added a bit of time as well. Unfortunately, because of your location and the time of your order, there is absolutely nothing we can do to get your order there any faster, but we do apologize for any inconvenience. Ordered 2 sets of the keto cleanse juices and they made me vomit. These were horrible tasting. I really would like a different cleanse with the amount of money I spent

Please refer to your records of my previous emails and the one voice message I left indicating I was frustrated. I received one final RUDE email from customer support Amanda which tipped me to post my frustration to social media. As a result I posted the below message to my Facebook account which explains why. If someone from management would like to talk to me in person, I would be happy to discuss further. May 9, 2018 "Tis true.....Sometimes you have to do it .... you have to RESPECTFULLY tell a person or a business "I'm leaving" or a/k/a "go f*ck yourself.” and be GOOD WITH IT. In this case, I told Raw Generation Juice Company I will be taking my business elsewhere. In my scenario, it was ultimately due to a lack of proactive communication on shipping delays which negatively impacted meal planning and Sean's travel schedule, miscommunication due to Raw Generation's lack of product itemization on the confirmation email, and a rude email from a customer service rep named Amanda (see her email below) telling me she "would have" refunded me $20 for my inconvenience on a $149 order IF I had not decided to tell her I was taking my business elsewhere for their lack of professional standards. Since she "OFFERS" the refund AFTER I indicate my TOTAL FRUSTRATION, and does not attempt to apologize, I guess the dig is supposed to be a slap on my hand. To bad for Raw Generation...... I don't think this rep realizes that the measly $20 credit does not account for the multiple future purchases of $149 they will no longer receive. Nor does she realize that there are other raw juice companies out there that I have YET to try. Nor does she realize that I DON'T NEED TO PURCHASE JUICE. I mean seriously .... it's ONLY juice.So THANK YOU Raw Generation for allowing me to express myself!!! HA HA HA HA HA Feels GOOD!!!! "

Good, glad it made you feel good considering that wasn't at all how the email was meant :) I told you I would have just refunded you and you didn't have to threaten your business or be for lack of a better word extremely rude to a perfect stranger who apologized over and over again for the inconvenience. Most of my juices contained at least 35 grams of sugar. This is not healthy to do a cleanse using only these juices. My reccomendation for anyone who wants to drink juice is to buy your own juicer, instead of paying 120 for these...

Hi there, With all the concerns around SUGAR in our diets being brought to light, this is a valid concern amongst juicers. This is because juice, when found in the grocery store, i.e. your standard pasteurized apple, cranberry, orange juices, IS straight-up sugar water. It has been processed in order to keep it from spoiling, but in the process, loses all of its nutritional content. It's a common misunderstanding that because added sugars are bad, the same must apply to fruits, which also contain fructose. However... this is completely wrong. Fructose is only harmful in large amounts and it is almost impossible to overeat fructose by eating fruit. NOTHING is EVER added to our juices. It is fruit and veggies and nothing else. When focusing on the idea of taking in more carbohydrates (even natural ones found in the fruits that are juiced) is, it’s a matter of balancing your macronutrients. For instance, since you won’t be taking in the regular amount of fats and protein you would while not on a cleanse, it allows your body to process more carbs— especially without the fiber. If you are still concerned with balancing your blood sugar levels, consider drinking our juice as a supplement to your diet full of vegetables, healthy fats, and protein.

Very dissatisfied with the taste of all the juices.. sorry, but we couldn’t finish the 5 day cleanse.. can we mail back the rest of the juices and get our money back?

I could not finish this cleanse, I’ve successfully completed two other from you guys and was very satisfied. This particular cleanse was just way too thick and all of them tasted off. I ended up trashing it all after the second day.

My partner and I have done juice cleanses in the past. That being said, we did not experience any detox feeling of flu-like symptoms and sluggish with lots of bathroom breaks. In fact, neither of us went to the bathroom once during our cleanses. 2 weeks later and we're still less regular than we were prior to the cleanse. Good thing we had a discount code but even with that such a scam waste of money.

I have done juice cleansing before (even through RAW Generation) and they have always been tasty and pleasant to drink. The keto cleanse was much different—missing that very pleasant taste and the juice would gum up around the lip after shaking. Very disappointed as I was only able to finish one day out of five. I wish that I would have ordered the skinny cleanse instead :(

I was not at all happy with this product. It did the exact opposite for me as what the website claimed it was suppose to do. I was so bloated and so constipated I was in pain. Had to take laxatives for several days just to get some relief.

Hi Erica, unfortunately, due to weather conditions, it seems some packages that were supposed to be delivered on Saturday were not, and are in transit to be delivered tomorrow. The juice will be fine, as it is shipped in an insulated box that is designed to keep the product frozen for up to 4 days in transit.
