I ordered my juice over 3 weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived. Finally received a shipping notice 2 days ago. Tracked my package and it says it should be here in another 2 days. Seems like a ridiculously long time to ship it initially and then it is expected to remain frozen until ready for use, pretty difficult when it takes 4-5 days to arrive!

Hi there, you ordered your juice on 2/17, which was a Saturday. Weekends and holidays do not count as business days. The normal processing time is 3-5 business days, plus 1-3 days transit time depending on your location. You are a 3-day transit, your order was shipped on Monday, 2/26, which was the 5th business day. It is in transit now scheduled to be delivered today. The FRESH juice is shipped in a specially designed insulated box that will keep it frozen in transit for up to 4 days if something happens with FedEx and your package is not delivered. Your juice will be frozen when it gets to you. I received an order last week, but I didn't place it. I must be on some sort of subscription. I sent you an email trying to cancel it, but I received no reply. I also do not have an account to log in to your site. Please send me some sort of response and a confirmation of my account being closed.

Hi Tifani, it seems that when you placed your order back in November you signed up for an every 12-week subscription. I went ahead and made sure the subscription was canceled so you will not receive any further shipments.

I bought the cleanse from Group-on. I learned that the shipping was more than the product I bought on Group-on. I was even more frustrated that I had to order my bottles separate. I had to call Group-on because the cost of shipping was way more than I was told on your site. Group-on was able to go in and help me with this issue. Still the shipping was way too much. I have never paid so much for shipping. I only had the money to pay for the shipping for one set. They have not arrived yet. They should have arrived by now. I will have to wait for my next check to buy the other set. My husband and I were going to tackle the cleanse together but because the cost of shipping we will not be able to do this. I will save and get the other cleanse shipped next month. I will not go through you again. I will just go to a heath food store.

Hi there, unfortunately, the shipping costs to UT are very expensive. This is due to the product being perishable, frozen, very heavy, shipped in a specially designed insulated box, and also must go express to arrive to you in enough time to keep the product frozen in transit. Unfortunately, we can only ship express packages on Mondays and Tuesdays, so this also adds to the weight time. Your order is in transit now and is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. As far as future orders, we also sell our products on Amazon.com for one set price and free shipping no matter where you are located. This would save you some money in the future. The fruit and vegetable juices are fine. The protein juices have a terrible taste. I had to throw away. The customer service is a complete joke. Terrible experience having to deal with them.

I looked back on your conversations and we let you know that it is usually 3-4 business days processing time before shipping, to which you had replied it was odd that you received your first order sooner. Again, we do apologize for the inconvenience, but as our business grows and we get busier, unfortunately, the processing time becomes longer. It also depends on the day of the week something is ordered and the transit time to your location, as we have a very strict shipping schedule due to the package being perishable. We assure you that we produce as much juice as possible every day and clear out our inventory every day with as many orders being sent per day as possible. I order on five days ago and I'm just hoping it's still good by the time it arrives. It was suppose to ship two days ago, but now it's not going to be here for another 5 days. My wife order a cleanse from another provider a day after and received her drinks yesterday.

The order shipped on Wednesday. It is now Friday and I have not received it. I wonder if the contents are still frozen? Doubt it!!

It took about two weeks to receive it. I got the 7 days cleanse. I could not finish the cleanse. The flavors are horrible i could not chock them down. I do not recommend these. I wasted a lot of money on this cleanse.

Hi! This was my first juice cleanse and I really wanted to like it, but I have to say I was very disappointed. I just finished the 3 day cleanse and didn’t lose any weight. More importantly, I didn’tvfeel “cleansed”. I felt tired, hungry, and overall not great. Really wanted to like it, especially because of the price. Needless to say, I won’t try this again.

Todavia no me han llegados los jugos, agradezco este reenvio que me hicieron por el super retraso de la primer orden, pero ya hoy es el cuarto dia, asi que lo mas probable es que nuevamente los jugos ya no esten en condiciones de tomarse y tendre que tirarlos, jamas volvere a comprar nada en esta compañia, estoy muy inconforme con lis retrasos en las 2 ordenes. Tire mi dinero a la basura y ni siquiera pude probar 1 jugo, que desagradable.

The skinny elixir is awful. I ordered it because I do enjoy the juices from Raw Generation (not the protein shakes) but they have a horrible sour taste.

Hi there, we apologize for the shipping being pricey, especially if you live on or near the west coast. I just wanted to let you know, that we also sell on Amazon.com for a set price and free shipping. Depending on the product, we sell on Amazon for 45-55% off with free shipping. This may be a better option for you :)

Hola, lo siento por este inconveniente. Desafortunadamente, FedEx agregó días de tránsito adicionales a su entrega, lo que dará como resultado que el jugo no sea bueno para cuando llegue a usted. I purchased product in December. I have it time due to holidays. A week later after the 1st still nothing. I sent an email asking for an update and did not receive a response. I sent another email no response. I stated in going on a trip and wanted to make sure the product had a shipping status. No response. Finally got a shipping number but it's only for the label. The email states it will be delivered in 24 hours. This was as of Monday it's Wednesday and it has not shipped out or has been received by fedex. Sent another email, sure I will not get a email back. Disappointed, feels like a horrible scam.
