I am on day 4, and I'm not sure if I can drink one more drink. I LOVE veggies and fruit and juice at home often. I wanted the convenience of bottled juice, but never again. They are horrible tasting. Huge waste of money.

Messed up multiple orders, and then didn't send the correct juice or didn't tell me one was discontinued.

I am not happy at all with the company! I put in an order last week and had not heard anything so I went on my email and signed into my account and realized that tracking said that the order had been canceled by the sender. I don't understand why they have taken payment from me, sent out the order supposedly and then canceled it without letting me know anything....this is incredibly unprofessional and has put me completely off of track with my cleanse!

I was very dissatisfied with the cleanse. I followed it perfectly and didn't look or feel any different. Didn't even go to the bathroom. I emailed customer service and they returned my shipping cost but I really wanted a full refund. A waste of money in my opinion

The juice & the protein shakes did not taste fresh . I purchased before your company before . I don't think I will do this again .

I ordered all berry but still got half greens. Some of the juices were thawed when they arrived, perhaps due to the damaged box, so I drank 2 the first day and became very sick. I opened 2 more the next day and they tasted and smelled different (better) than the first 2 that were sour. This has been a waste of money since I won't drink the green ones and am leery of the rest due to my experience the first day.

I have waited9 days for you to return my phone call. I want my money back! First you send me a fake tracking number then I get my order and it's all the same when it was supposed to be half and half! Groupon should be contacting you any moment!

I recently purchased a 3 day cleanse with Raw Generation, and I couldn't be more dissatisfied. Since I live in the same county as the distribution warehouse, I decided I would save some money on shipping and just pick up my product at their warehouse (which is an option that they provide). Raw Generation is only open Mon-Fri 9-4pm, which makes it hard for someone who works a 9-5 Mon-Fri to get there. But, I decided anyway that I'd still rather pick it up than get it shipped. So I coordinate with a representative via email, and then I left a voicemail the morning of my pickup date, confirming that I will be at the warehouse at 3 pm to pick up my juices. I leave work 3 hours early that day to get there by my 3 pm time because my job is about an hour away. Get to the warehouse exactly at 3 pm, knock on the door, NOBODY there! Call them to let them know I'm standing out in the POURING RAIN waiting to pick up my juices, NO ANSWER. Email them to find out where they are, and if someone will be coming back to the warehouse, NO RESPONSE until the next night at 7:10 pm. I'm reading some of these comments on how customer service is good here, but I would have to disagree. What happened is unacceptable. I left work early that day, and missed out on getting paid for a couple of hours. I was ok with that, granted I would be picking up my juices. Since nobody was there, and I didn't get my juices, I wish I never would have left work early that day. Just the other day, I got an apology reply. They said they closed early due to the hurricane. There was no hurricane though. It blew out to sea. Even if there was a hurricane, it's the responsibility of customer service to let me know that they will be closing, and I shouldn't waste my time and gas money heading to the warehouse. Just a horrible experience.

terrible product. It is basically powder mixed with water. It tastes terrible but even worse made me sick to my stomach. Very overpriced for what it is.

This was a terrible experience, the juice flavors were not well paired and made me ill. I was so hopeful that this would be a good plan, but it was not. I tried to get a refund but was told I could only be refunded the shipping that I paid for, as I bought this through a groupon. I was sincerely disappointed with the juices and the lack of refund just because it was groupon.

Isabel is horrible at 'customer service' and the process from start to finish was a fail. I understand the initial problem with Verizon and working thru the change of a remodel, but to be given incorrect information with regard to my first delivery and date, and then my second delivery and date as well, was just about as disappointing as could be. Your customer service manager initially did what she could, but after the second mishap, I did not receive a phone call or any subsequent contact.

I ordered the Detox Box (may 18th), I was charged for it and to this day have not been reimburse, NOR did I ever receive a box.
