Hi there, your order was shipped out on Tuesday for delivery tomorrow 12/15. You are a 3-day transit to Florida, so the package is on track to arrive tomorrow as scheduled. I am not sure why or how you were told that your order was supposed to arrive yesterday, but it is indeed in transit to be delivered tomorrow. Our apologies for any confusion.

Hey Daniel. FedEx is a bit crazy during the holidays. We did get your order out the day after you ordered it, and it says it was delivered on Saturday, 12/9. If you did not receive your order and your tracking information is showing false information, please contact me directly at support@rawgeneration.com so we can rectify the situation.

I ordered a package of the juice and a package off the protein drinks. 18 of each. I only received 5 protein drinks and was short 1 drink. Not very impressed.

Hi there, you ordered a 3 day skinny cleanse and a 3-day protein cleanse.The protein cleanse is made up of half juice and half protein, so you should have gotten 9 protein smoothies. Hi there Jose, the tracking is showing that all of your boxes were delivered. 2 on Saturday 12/2 and one was delivered today 12/7. Please contact me directly at support@rawgeneration.com if you did not receive all 3 boxes.

I was asked to write a review after placing an order two weeks ago. My shipment has never been received and the tracking still reads that it is waiting to be picked up in NJ. I've heard great things about Raw Generation products, but so far my experience hasn't been stellar.

Your dealings with customers are not professional at all. In the event of changes, you should be informing of the new scheduled time/date. For a company trying to compete in this market, your practices are fatal to its growth. Very disappointed. Very bad service. You guys don't deliver as scheduled. I don't know when I'm supposed to be home to put the juices in the fridge.

I can’t rate your juices as my delivery scheduled to arrive at my office today never arrived. I purposefully waited till 6:30pm, but no juices!! I will not be back till Monday morning, so even if the juices are delivered tomorrow, they will be spoilt by the time I get to them. Left a voicemail to your customer service number at 6pm but have not heard back. Extremely disappointed

Hello Sandra, our sincere apologies. We did have an issue in the shipping department, however, we are working to get everything fixed as soon as humanly possible. We are terribly sorry for the delay. Your order is still in the warehouse, so your juice will not be thawed when it gets to you. We are sending your order out today for delivery tomorrow. My order was to ship yesterday and it still has not. My order of two cleanses and a protein pack had a delivery date for tomorrow and I highly doubt that’s going to be the case. I really do enjoy these cleanses but this is probably the third time there has been an issue in one way or another when placing an order. I received an email asking for a review on the product which I am yet to receive, which is annoying.

Hi . We have ordered the juices more than a year and always have the right order. But this time when I have made the changes to the order I still received the original which I did not want . Now I have a surplus of juices that I don’t need and the ones I need I don’t have . Very frustrating and I am thinking to stop all my order completely. Hi there! We do apologize for the high shipping cost. We suggest also checking us out on Amazon.com for a set price and free shipping no matter where you live! Because you live in Colorado it is extra pricey to ship it all the way out there, so ordering on Amazon would more than likely be more value to you!

I was excited for this and loved the website/blog however I was let down with the juices staying rock hard frozen for an extra 5 days and the lack of help from customer service upon sharing this. I really wanted to like this but had a bad experience and was disappointed.

Hi Taylor, I know we spoke yesterday. I just wanted to apologize again for your juices not defrosting. As I said, refrigerators are sometimes too cold for thawing, in the future I would leave them on the counter to thaw, and then put them in the refrigerator once completely thawed.

I preferred my juice on Sunday i received an email that it shipped on Sunday and as of now I haven’t received it which concerns me since it was shipped frozen. I will wait to see if I receive it and if it’s thawed

Was to be delivered on fri the 8th. On the 7th I emailed Raw letting them know and asked to have box of 30 re routed to my home. I was told "that can't be done" I went on the Fed Ex site and saw my box of 30 was in Orlando which ment to me that it still needed to be shipped to Tpa and was not already on the Tpa truck. I was told another order would ship but no word on that.

So far awful because they wouldn't ship to my apartment and they were out of two kinds of juices and they told me sat it would be there and it is Tuesday with no juice!

I would love to send a glowing review but it's been exactly a week and I haven't received anything yet! I only wrote something because they felt to ask me before checking to see if I (a new customer) received my product yet! So yes at least a week of delivery! But I still have high hopes! I paid like $40 dollars for shipping and it still takes a week or more! I can honestly say NOT SATISFIED, but I hope the product is better then their means to ship

Never ever again. Once you have drank the Beet, Carrot and Kale the others are chalky and just unacceptable. I have done Juice Cleanse before and this is the first and last time I order RAW Generation.

I am on day 4, and I'm not sure if I can drink one more drink. I LOVE veggies and fruit and juice at home often. I wanted the convenience of bottled juice, but never again. They are horrible tasting. Huge waste of money.
